Under the Hood
All engines require vital components to insure peak performance, and a RPM event is no exception.

The System Check
Dealers fax in a list of their current used car inventory including the non-pack investment in each vehicle. We then review the list and determine if the inventory is conducive to grossing over $150,000.

The Test Run
We conduct a preliminary overview of the market to determine what form of media in our arsenal is best suited to maximize the event's potential.

The Handshake
Once the preliminary research is complete, we sign a contract agreeing upon the dates, personnel, procedures, etc. We then ask the dealer for an up-front fee which guarantees a pre-determined amount of gross profit.

The up-front fee is determined by event goals, inventory and market analysis. It also reserves the dates of the sale, territorial exclusivity and pays for a portion of the actual cost of advertising needed for the event. RPM pays the rest.

The Trim
Support materials will arrive one week before the event. The event package includes deal worksheets, registration forms, point of purchase materials and hang-tags.

The dealership is asked to provide tables, chairs, and refreshments, all of which contribute to the success of the event.

The RPM team will arrive a day before the event for training and store preparation. New and used vehicle lots are arranged and decorated for optimum traffic flow and display.

Since our facilitator has already insured that your dealership has the right banks, credit unions and special finance companies needed, once your staff is trained, were ready to go.

The Warranty
Unlike typical advertising programs, the dealer pays RPM only a percentage of the actual gross profit achieved as a result of the event. We will even GUARANTEE a pre-determined amount of gross profit regardless of circumstances, including inclement weather!
